After the Second World War, organophosphorus, organochlorine, carbamate and other organic synthetic pesticides were widely used and played a huge role in crop pest control, crop yield improvement, agricultural sustainable development and human health protection. So far, people have synthesized and used hundreds of organic pesticides first [1]. However, due to the fact that some organic synthetic pesticides are not easy to degrade and people use them improperly, many negative effects have been gradually caused, such as pesticide residues, pesticide resistance of pests, and the resurgence of pests [2]. At the same time, organic pesticides will pollute the environment and harm natural enemies, which greatly limits their use. Therefore, people urgently need some methods and technologies to solve the above problems. Through a large amount of research and practical verification, people have found a novel and specific biological pesticide - insect pheromone, which can solve problems without polluting the environment, harming natural enemies, and being safe for people and animals. Because its characteristics meet people's requirements, it has attracted more and more attention. Insect sex pheromones are generally produced and released by female insects to lure male insects to mate. They are chemical pheromones that play an important role in regulating insect behavior, reproduction and reproduction, and then in regulating the whole population of insects. At present, sex pheromones are mainly used in pest monitoring, mass trapping, interference mating, pest species identification, pest quarantine and combination with other biological pesticides. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the production and promotion technology of the sex pheromone products used by people at present. Therefore, insect sex pheromone, as a new type of pesticide with environmental protection, non-pollution, high efficiency and specificity, needs further discussion and research [3-7]. Trans, trans-2,4-hexadialdehyde acetate is an important intermediate of the synthetic sex pheromone trans, trans-8,10-dodecadiene-1-alcohol of the apple beetle moth, and is also an important intermediate of other insecticides and active substances. It is reported in the literature that there are two main methods for the synthesis of trans, trans-2,4-hexadienal acetate: Method 1 [9] The main intermediate methyl sorbate is obtained by substitution and Claisen rearrangement reaction with 2-methyl-1,3-dioxpentane-4-one and trans-1-trimethylsilane-1-en-3-butanol as starting materials, and then the target product is obtained by reduction and acetic esterification; Method II [10] Using cheap isopentadiene as the starting material, the reaction of addition, ring-opening, dehydration and esterification was carried out to produce trans, trans-2,4-hexadienal acetate. In method 1, several dangerous and expensive reagents, bis (trimethylsilyl) aminolithium and lithium aluminum hydride, were used. In method 2, although cheap raw materials were used, the yield was very low (20%). In this paper, with reference to method 1, trans - 2,4-hexadialdehyde acetate was synthesized by methylesterification, improved reduction method and esterification of sorbic acid sold in the market. |
